SESSION 5: Social Media: How to Avoid Risks and Protect Your Business-April 26th!

Social media creates both great opportunity and great risk for businesses over the last decade.  It can be a valuable tool for marketing, a resource for recruiters to identify and research candidates, and offers opportunities to promote company culture. However, use and misuse of social media can have legal consequences for businesses and employers of all sizes.  This seminar will address legal pitfalls surrounding use of social media in marketing and in the workplace.

Rory Zamansky is commercial litigator who has vigorously represented his clients throughout the United States.  Rory’s practice focuses on complex litigation and dispute resolution.
