Thank You
Thank you to all who contributed to the great success of the 2008 Luncheon. Together 500 members of the GLBTA community reflected on both the progress we have achieved and the obstacles that yet remain.

The resounding message of this day was clear: We must, each of us, live honestly and authentically. By confronting prejudice with our voices and our stories, we can dull its sting and sap its power. In a world where too many still suffer from hate and violence, we must take a stand.
Featured Speakers
- Host: Laura Smidzik, Executive Director, Project 515
- Jessi Tebben, Program Director, Out4Good, Minneapolis Public Schools
- Walter Schubert, Founder and CEO, the Schubert Group, LLC; Founding Board Member, the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce; National Board Member, PFLAG
- Congressman Keith Ellison, Vice-Chair of Bipartisan Congressional LGBT Equality Caucus
