Quorum is committed to ensuring that our constituents have access to resources and information to continue their work creating and nurturing healthy and productive work environments.
The Quorum Business Equality Conference presents one day of workshops on topics covering a variety of issues: coming out at work, engaging allies in inclusion work, how to be an effective Executive Sponsor, how to maintain a Corporate Equality Index score, GLBT Supplier Diversity Inclusion, affecting real culture change. The conference is "anchored" by the Minnesota National Coming Out Day Luncheon.

Workplace Alliance Annual Partnership Opportunities
Workplace Alliance Annual Partnership Opportunities provide a chance to collaborate with Quorum and other Workplace Alliance members throughout the year. These partnerships increase your visibility within the community, and give companies the option to receive specialized internal training: a Quorum Business Equality presentation, or up to four hours of targeted consulting at your company. A variety of topics are available based on your company"s specific goals & objectives.
All partnership levels support the Quorum Business Equality Conference and the Minnesota National Coming Out Day Luncheon and all other Workplace Alliance programming. Founding through Bronze levels include the following standard benefits:
- Complimentary Corporate Membership for duration of partnership (including membership for an employee resource group in the Minnesota Workplace Alliance)
