Are you involved in an LGBTQA ERG/BRG/BSN or other LGBTQA Employee Group? Would you like to meet other people involved in similar groups in the Twin Cities, learn about current best practices, and network with other professionals? You’re invited to join your peers from Twin Cities LGBTQ+ and Allied Employee Resource Groups for a night of networking and best practices sharing!

Quorum is excited to partner with Target and U.S. Bank  to host our next Workplace Alliance Council event on Tuesday, August 29th at 5:30pm at Target Headquarters located at 1000 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis.

Join us for a transformative gathering of ERG/BRG leaders, where we come together to address the pressing challenges of employee engagement during difficult socio-political times, with a specific focus on companies with multiple locations. In an era marked by rapid societal changes and shifting political landscapes, companies with dispersed offices may face unique obstacles in fostering a supportive and engaging workplace environment across various sites.

This event serves as a vital platform for attendees across diverse industries and multiple locations to share insights, best practices, and innovative strategies that have proven successful in navigating these issues. One of the central themes of this gathering is the development of skills to support peers within organizations spanning different geographical areas. By collectively examining the multifaceted dimensions of employee engagement within the context of dispersed companies, we aim to foster a robust and resilient workforce that thrives amidst uncertainties.

Attendees will engage in collaborative sessions specifically geared towards addressing challenges in multi-location organizations. These sessions will be complemented by facilitated networking and knowledge exchange, providing opportunities to identify practical solutions tailored to the unique organizational contexts of attendees. Additionally, a significant aspect of our discussions will revolve around the creation of sample tools and resources designed to enhance employee engagement and connection in companies with multiple locations.
