Thriving Together: Creating Inclusive and Resilient Workplaces through Mental Health and Well-Being in the Workplace

This event will explore the pivotal role mental health support plays in fostering productivity, engagement, and innovation, with a focus on the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ and other marginalized employees. Through an expert-led panel discussion and interactive small group sessions, attendees will gain actionable insights and strategies for creating a workplace culture that prioritizes mental well-being.
