Are you involved in an LGBTQ+ and Allied ERG/BRG/BSN or other employee group? Would you like to meet other people involved in similar groups in the Twin Cities, learn about current best practices, and network with other professionals? You’re invited to join your peers from Twin Cities LGBTA Employee Resource Groups for the Q2 Workplace Alliance Event and a night of networking and best practices sharing!

Quorum is thrilled to be partnering with U.S. Bank to host our next Workplace Alliance event on December 15 at 5:30pm via Zoom.

Intersectional Allyship: Developing Active Engagement Strategies Across the Footprint will feature a guest panel and facilitated large/small group discussions with ERG/BRG leaders from companies across the Twin Cities:

*How do you both attract new allies to your organization, and keep them coming back? 

*Explore how you can influence corporate culture by engaging your allies, and discuss ways to keep this group actively involved and passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ and Allied community. 

*Engaging and retaining diverse ERG members across your footprint

*Who is doing this work well and what can we learn from those leaders?
