Thriving in a New Normal: ERGs in Post-Covid Workplaces

As the world is recovering from the unprecedented disruption by a global pandemic to personal and professional lives, corporations and other businesses are rethinking their workforce and reshaping workplaces. What opportunities do these challenges and changes present?

For example, after months in quarantine, employees are asking for flexible work opportunities, the ability to continue to work remotely, and an openness to new working styles. Conversely, hybrid work models can create difficulties with employee relationship management now that the familiar "water cooler chats" and "quick cubicle meet-ups" are potentially no longer available to everyone in the group. 

How do we continue to incorporate fully remote/hybrid ERG and employee leaders in diversity, equity, and inclusion work? How do we continue evolving meaningful employee engagement strategies using newfound tools/capabilities? How do we address the moving target that is our hybrid future?
