Minneapolis Region Hosts 2023 Gay Softball World Series
Minnesota Twins become first MLB team to partner with event in its 46-year history.

Minneapolis (Aug 1, 2023) – One of the largest annual gay sporting events in the world will return to Minnesota, as the Minneapolis region secured the 2023 Gay Softball World Series. The Twin Cities Goodtime Softball League, in partnership with Sports Minneapolis, won hosting rights from the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA).

The 2023 Gay Softball World Series will feature nearly 900 games taking place at softball complexes in Minneapolis, as well as Burnsville, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights and South St. Paul. The event will host 225 teams from 54 cities across the U.S. and Canada.
