Learn More About Allina Health's New

Community Contracting Program!

Join us for an introduction to the partnership between Allina Health, Vizient, Diverse Supplier Development Corporation, Quorum and their Community Contracting Program. The Community Contracting Program creates regional collectives around the nation, making it easy for participating providers to commit to purchasing products or services from diverse suppliers in and around their communities. Participating suppliers gain access to Vizient data, resources and insights — as well as capacity-building opportunities — to help achieve business goals.

Overview: Allina Health is leading a new economic development and impact strategy to expand business opportunities for local, diverse suppliers with health care providers and other large employers such as local corporations, universities, and colleges in Minnesota.

The strategy is in collaboration with Vizient's Community Contracting Program, which aims to support and develop diverse suppliers and small businesses by creating a fertile economic ecosystem within their communities. The goal is to further job growth, livable wages, and economic sustainability and help spur a healthier, more vibrant population. More jobs means more access to stable homes, greater food security, and ability to access health care, including preventative care.
