The 2025 City of Minneapolis Trans Equity Summit is being held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at the McNamara Alumni Center (200 Oak Street S.E., Minneapolis, MN 55455).
The theme for this year’s Trans Equity Summit is Trans Equity and Intergenerational Power: Strengthening the Future by Honoring Our Past. The City of Minneapolis staff has been working alongside community partners to plan this year's event. Join Quorum at the 2025 Trans Equity Summit Career Fair! Help Build a More Equitable Workforce
As part of this year’s Summit, Quorum is hosting the Career Fair portion of the event which is designed to connect job seekers with affirming employers, skill-building opportunities, and career resources. We are currently seeking:
Organizations that are currently hiring and committed to building trans-inclusive workplaces. You'll be provided with a table to meet job seekers and share open positions.
Professionals who can lead brief (20–25 minute) workshops on resume tips, interview skills, navigating the job market, and more.
HR professionals and supportive volunteers who can offer 1-on-1 resume feedback or host practice interviews with attendees.
