  QUORUM WOMEN'S  LEADERSHIP ROUNDTABLE

  MONTHLY NETWORKING EVENT

  Join us for a monthly event that highlights LGBTQ+ and Allied female-identified people! From building confidence and leading change to growing your support system, this is a great opportunity to network, forge connections with other business leaders, and have the opportunity to highlight your own business and work.

  Participants share challenges and successes, and give and receive the encouragement and support crucial to everyone’s success. Whether it is a peer to peer deep dive into any of the myriad pressing issues for women in leadership or simply a search for fresh insight and new connections, this is a monthly networking event for you.

  Quorum Women's Leadership Roundtable meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month at noon. Open to all LGBTQ+ and Allied female identified attendees, this is more than a networking group. It’s an opportunity to highlight your business, share best practices, discuss successes and challenges, and get to know other business owners in our community.

  Promote your business and get quality networking time in before the workday even begins.

  These breakfasts focus on roundtable networking and give attendees the chance to exchange business information, develop new prospects, and share a 60-second commercial. This networking event allows earlier risers to make the most of their busy morning and grow business through new connections and relationships. We also feature quick networking breakout sessions to share information about your business or organization, and get those referrals!

  Our (timed) 60-second pitches are very fun and yes it's okay to prep.  Don't forget that it’s great for other attendees to hear what you are looking to buy and who you want to meet, as well as what you are selling.

  Wake Up With Quorum (sponsored by Associated Bank) is usually held on the second Friday morning of every month at 8:00am, and is hosted by a Quorum member business. Wake Up With Quorum is a great alternative networking opportunity for members who are unable to attend events in the evening or prefer a smaller, more intimate environment. These networking events are a casual fun way to increase your networks, build your business and meet other community business leaders.  Quorum networking events are a perfect way to connect with new people, reignite existing contacts and start new conversations.

  The 2025 City of Minneapolis Trans Equity Summit is being held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at the McNamara Alumni Center (200 Oak Street S.E., Minneapolis, MN 55455).

  The theme for this year’s Trans Equity Summit is Trans Equity and Intergenerational Power: Strengthening the Future by Honoring Our Past. The City of Minneapolis staff has been working alongside community partners to plan this year's event. The planning committee is excited to share up-to-date information to the schedule, speakers, workshops, and accessibility on our Facebook event page.

  Organizations that are currently hiring and committed to building trans-inclusive workplaces. You'll be provided with a table to meet job seekers and share open positions.

  Trainers & Coaches

  Professionals who can lead brief (20–25 minute) workshops on resume tips, interview skills, navigating the job market, and more.

  Resume Reviewers & Mock Interviewers

  HR professionals and supportive volunteers who can offer 1-on-1 resume feedback or host practice interviews with attendees.
